Bloom star 56EC is a dual-action insecticide combining bifenthrin (5%) and abamectin (0.6%) to effectively control a broad spectrum of agricultural pests. Bifenthrin, a pyrethroid, disrupts insect nervous systems, while abamectin, a macrocyclic lactone, interferes with nerve impulse transmission, enhancing overall efficacy .
Key Uses
• Cotton: Controls thrips, jassids, bollworms, mites, and leafminers.
• Potato: Effective against thrips, sweet potato weevils (SBW), and armyworms (ABW).
• Apple: Targets thrips, mites, and leafrollers.
• Mungbeans: Manages thrips and pod borers.
• Citrus: Combats thrips, mites, and scale insects .
Application Guidelines
Application rates vary based on the crop and pest:
• Potato: 300 ml per acre for thrips; 500–600 ml per acre for SBW.
• General Use: Dosage ranges from 50–75 ml per 10 liters of water, depending on the target pest .
Apply as a foliar spray or soil drench, preferably during early morning or late afternoon when pests are most active.

• Avoid application during strong winds or near water sources.
